Justice & Home Affairs

Logica is at the forefront of pioneering work in the Justice & Home Affairs arena, providing smart, innovative and joined up solutions to organisations such as the:

• Ministry of Justice (MoJ),
• Home Office
• Crown Prosecution Service (CPS),
• Office for Criminal Justice Reform (OCJR),
• Criminal Records Bureau (CRB),
• Major UK Police Force.

By way of example, over the last four years we have designed and implemented a management information system that takes performance data from each of the forty two Criminal Justice Organisations (CJO), to provide one hundred and forty performance measures across the Criminal Justice System (CJS).  This year, following a successful pilot, we have started to roll out our CJ MIS solution across the CJS community, allowing organisations to transparently measure their performance against peer organisations and sector norms.

We are rapidly becoming de facto CJS domain experts, providing a rich and expanding range of services, including:

• high level strategy specification,
• enterprise application and IT support,
• design and implementation of critical, technical connectivity protocols,
• business improvement consultancy.
